Registration and information

• Registration is binding.
• Courses must be paid via invoice no later than two weeks before the course start.
• Prices are excluding VAT.
• Courses can also be provided as internal corporate training. Contact us for a price quote.
• Questions about the course content will be answered by the course instructors.
• We strive to meet all our customers’ expectations and ensure satisfaction with the completed training. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course, we encourage you to contact us.
• We reserve the right to decline course registrations from companies that directly compete with our business. However, this does not apply to courses on the use of our software licenses, where our competitors are warmly welcome.

Course cancellation/postponed course

• Registration is binding, but if the participant is unable to attend, it is possible to save the spot for a future course or transfer it to a colleague. Please contact the course instructor for an arrangement.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course if the number of registrations is too low. If the course is cancelled, the full registration fee will be refunded.

For certain courses, we offer various discount deals. However, it is never possible to combine multiple discounts.
