What personal data do we collect?
The only personal data Trivector collects are those you provide when registering for newsletters and invitations to courses and seminars, purchasing books, or signing up for courses, seminars, or other events organized by Trivector. The data collected includes name, email address, employer, and, where applicable, billing address. For courses and seminars, we also collect phone numbers. Trivector processes your personal data to provide you with better service and offers. The personal data is used for administration, communication with you as a customer, and for direct marketing.
The website also uses cookies in accordance with our cookie policy.
Processing
Trivector values your privacy, and it is important for us that all processing is done correctly, in compliance with applicable laws, and in a way that ensures safe and appropriate handling. All processing of your personal data is solely for the purposes specified at the time of data collection.
According to applicable legislation, you have the right to request, free of charge, once per calendar year, after submitting a written and signed request to us, information about which personal data we process about you and how we process it. You also have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.
Trivector will not disclose your personal data to any third party or transfer it to any country other than Sweden without providing you with clear information about this and, where applicable, giving you the opportunity to consent to such disclosure. However, Trivector does send address lists to third parties when our printed magazine, 2038, is distributed. These address lists are deleted immediately after the distribution. When sending newsletters and other communications, we always use technology that does not disclose addresses to other recipients.
